Who is Original You?
Original You Advanced Laser is a physician-led laser aesthetics clinic at 7477 W Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 106 in northwest Las Vegas, founded and led by Dr. Brian Citro, MD, FACS, a board-certified general surgeon with more than 15 years of surgical experience. The clinic specializes in laser tattoo removal and also treats unwanted hair, spider veins and pigmented lesions, and offers PICO Genesis, Dermalinfusion, DiamondGlow, microneedling and PRP for hair loss. Every laser treatment is performed by a licensed healthcare professional — PA, NP or MD — never a non-medical technician.
Our mission
To provide the safest, most effective laser and aesthetic treatments with the least discomfort and downtime — and to be straight with people about what is achievable. That means written estimates, test spots when there is uncertainty, photographs at every visit, and telling a patient when a treatment is not right for them.
What makes us different in Las Vegas

Our physician
Brian Citro, MD, FACS
Dr. Brian Citro is a board-certified general surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he has more than 15 years of surgical experience and has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 2006.
While he specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, he also has a long-standing interest in laser technology and laser skin treatment. He is involved in the care of every client — on site performing consultations, procedures, staff training and supervision — and uses current laser platforms and techniques to get results in tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation that a typical med spa cannot match.
